Yes. You are recalling correctly. I can't remember all that I wrote, but Dowd has been steering people toward some conclusions that I don't think are true. They aren't completely untrue either, but mixed. Which results in corrupting the truth all the same.
I've also questioned how he makes money. That's always something I question. I have wondered if he isn't still working for Blackrock (I think that's who he says he used to work for...).

Lubbock is where I was born, and Butler Township (not the town itself) is where my paternal grandmother was born.
