many Angelenos will remember the televised controversy over construction of The Getty Center, a hilltop complex built as an annex to the existing The Getty Villa museum of art and antiquities located on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.
The Getty Center was a major expansion to house and display The J Paul Getty Trust’s vast collection of priceless art, artifacts, consolidate facilities for administration, research and conservation.
the proposed project raised concerns of residents in the surrounding affluent Brentwood neighborhood centering on the architectural design (immense white buildings that might not easily blend in with the landscape) as well as the disruptive nature of the massive construction project including issues such as noise, displacement of soil.
the project was a decade long work-in-progress to completion (1987-1997.)

other “news” coinciding with the project groundbreaking was more disturbing. the “satanic panic” sweeping the continent included the infamous Los Angeles County McMartin Preschool/Daycare Center Investigation and Trial (1984 - 1990) also a fixture on the evening news, allegedly involving ritual satanic abuse of children and “underground tunnels.”
at the time the Mc Martin Preschool (Manhattan Beach) trial was the longest and most expensive criminal trial in United States history.

Mr. Kelley unbecomingly dismisses victim Ally Carter (Allyson Leilani Carter) who has come forward with similar allegations about The Getty as a secured entrance to an underground realm where ritual satanic abuse of children is endemic.
are his disparaging remarks an attempt to maintain complete control of the narrative?
much of what Allyson describes happening “below our feet” sounds like ancient occultism, practices similar to Aleister Crowley’s Demonic Thelma Religion which JPL founder Jack Parsons practiced in Pasadena (and which is cleverly mirrored, lightly whitewashed in the Harry Potter series read by children throughout the public school system.)
interestingly if you search for Ally Carter and The Getty your results will be heavily diluted with numerous results of Getty Images photographs of a different Ally Carter, an author … coincidence?

I found Allyson to be credible, her mannerisms, expressions, reactions to be strongly supportive of her story.
She frequently appeared to be overwhelmed, momentarily reliving situations in order to find the appropriate words to describe the horrific.
if she’s an actress she’s one of the best.
Ally recounts her journey as a youngster abused by her biological mother through the legal system, child protective services and foster home systems.
She provides a window to the smooth functioning of child trafficking in our midst as dependent on an array of complicit “everyday” participants inside education, medicine and law enforcement who regularly, systematically betray their charges, their fiduciary duties.
Ally describes the process involved in identifying and sourcing victims, usually targeting children with preexisting problems at home and their subsequent conditioning into salable merchandise.
She describes the comprehensive nature of trafficking using the purloined bodies of victims to the bitter end including the gutting of victims, their hallowed out bodies as vessels “suitcases” for the trafficking of drugs after organs are removed and sold.
Ally very briefly describes her experience at The Getty staffed by compliant employees, security guards as an entrance to an underground domain. Her mission to speak out, spotlight the atrocities is focused on the victims, her friends still trapped not specifically on The Getty or the elitist participants which she maintains are a small part of a bigger problem.
She recounts the underground domain in detail, a nightmarish labyrinth that is not easy to escape if you don’t know where the unmarked exits are “you just keep going deeper.”
Ally’s depiction of the underground as a version similar to cities above ground in many respects including all types of transportation existing below but she emphasizes the “different air/atmosphere” in the absence of which you choke.
she notes that the victims below are referred to as “non-essential” (sound familiar?) which she quickly learned to interpret as expendable, adapting rapidly to avoid the label.
Ally recalls what she describes as “baby farms” stocked with newborns from hospitals above and describes children residing in this dark world who, in the absence of a civilized environment, have adopted the behaviors of wild animals and will hiss at you.
she describes the putrid smell below, the existence of sacrificial alters soaked in blood, littered with souvenirs of victims, the elite participation in satanic ritual abuse activities as “competitive” and serving to “feed” the success of their career “above” with some faking that they are Christian, the majority idolizing Satan/Baal.
Ally recollects her experiences at elite “auctions” (including an auction held at Buckingham Palace) at which potential buyers are allowed to examine the merchandise including sampling (taste testing) victim blood.
Allyson also claims to have physical evidence in the form of photographs which she has shared with authorities with no resultant action taken.
