is Philadelphia a secret laboratory? (thanks Travis for sparking my curiosity)

heartbroken, circa 1890. my paternal great grandmother, grandma and her older sister, my paternal great grandfather was an officer in the Austrian-Hungarian Navy. tragically my great grandmother passed away one week later of tuberculosis.

many of us in the “conspiracy community” have speculated about the possibility that so-called “COVID” “infections” were actually a form of spectrum poisoning experienced by those sensitive to the rollout of a new wavelength.

it has crossed my mind that “TB,” with overlapping symptoms might have similar origins in military / spectrum experimentation.

like many I no longer trust mainstream medical explanations, historical or scientific development claims or timelines.

Building “Giants”

in connection with a previous post (Terra Mar, home to Nemo/no one) Travis commented on an advertisement he recently heard about the US Navy looking for “giants” to build a new class of “giant” submarines in the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

sure enough.

the new subs will require a gigantic 100,000 workforce which is being feverishly recruited and surpassing the previous peak employment of 40,000 during WW2.

the nuclear powered submarines will be capable of operating for over 40 years without refueling with unlimited range.

I was also surprised to learn that the Philadelphia Navy Yard traces back to 1776 although more recently it has been reimagined into a community of public-private activities that include:

•Navy related engineering, manufacturing and maintenance operations.

•life sciences, biotechnology, state of the art drug development to manufacture.

•one of the largest dedicated unregulated electrical grid and unregulated electrical distribution systems on the East Coast allowing for smart electrical grid technologies research, experimentation.

we are led to believe that “democracy” is the “American Experiment” birthed in Philadelphia but what if this narrative was a cover story for another type of “experiment.”

somehow I stumbled across this “artwork” after reading mike’s Vaccine Reaper Report about “alien frequencies.”

it stunned me how the public domain AI “art” which appeared to be commissioned by Ted Cruz initially appears to have hazy interference, swiftly clearing to reveal grotesquely distorted politicians at the NYSE.

is this visual verification of a patchwork de-materialization of human beings followed by the subsequent re-materization into an alternate state?

a 9/11-Woods’-like precision biologic “dustification”/ cold-human-fusion of sorts?

coincidentally Ted Cruz introduced tech innovation legislation earlier this month “The Sandbox Act.”

is “The Sandbox Act” meant to reassure the masses of adult supervision while encouraging technological playtime?

Trump-like “Art of the Disclosure”?

was current “trans-human” human frequency experimentation birthed in Philadelphia with the Philadelphia Experiment?

The Philadelphia Experiment (PE) was allegedly a “cloaking” experiment for ships, along the lines of Project Rainbow to evade radar detection of aircraft, purportedly using Tesla coils on the ship’s deck.

the official narrative about the origin of the “story” is of an initially anonymous witness from SS Andrew Furuseth (later identified as Carl Allen) who sent a copy of Morris Jessup’s UFO book with handwritten notes referring to the PE incident in the margins to the US Office of Naval Research. when later questioned by Jessup, Allen claimed missing memories, eventually becoming reclusive. a 1980 Fate Magazine article characterized Allen as having a history of mentally illness and his account as fabricated.

several other books published over the years were based on the Allen annotations, anonymous sources as well as the Force Field experiments of Navy technician Thomas Townsend Brown.

Electrogravitics – My Knowledge of Free Energy

while the Navy dismisses the existence of the advanced technology and denies the event occurred, did government authorities simultaneously capitalize on the gov-debunked “legend” to advance into mass consciousness “prophetic narratives” about “future developments”?

interestingly a PE “survivor” Al Bielek (who died October 2011) claimed to have jumped off the USS Eldridge (with his brother) during the experiment embarking on a time-travel odyssey to 2137 where he spent 6 weeks confined to a hospital bed and then proceeded to 2749 where he lived for 2 years before re-materializing in 1983 at the Montauk military installation with a wiped memory. Bielek claims to have recovered his memories through regression techniques after seeing the 1984 movie release of “The Philadelphia Experiment” by distributor New World Pictures.

was this an elaborate public-private publicity stunt or something else?

Bielek on year 2137 developments:

all information he ascertained from his medical attendants and a wall mounted tv in his hospital room.

• the geography of the United States had drastically changed with coastal, central regions submerged. L.A. was an “island.”

• widespread infrastructure destruction.

• military/ marshal law was in effect

• UN Agenda / New World Order programs had collapsed.

• banking system had been drastically curtailed.

• worldwide population was ~300 million; USA population was ~50 million.

•World War 3 had occurred as well as various wars with cannibalistic “aliens” who had devoured the inhabitants of most cities, the result was widespread disease, famine. tactical use of nuclear submarines.

• 20th century medicine was mostly gone with drugs and injections replaced by vibration and light treatments, surgical procedures.

Bielek on year 2749 developments:

• “Wing Makers” are tall (over 6’) genetically engineered beings responsible for “building” and maintaining the synthetic intelligence system that governs city-states, the individual cities have “Llamas” intelligence programmed with different rules but they are all linked together under an umbrella intelligence.

• he was telepathically interviewed by a Llama which required a lead protective suit due to the radiation that the Llama emitted. The Llama took the form of a floating crystal.

• computers were not allowed to lie but could withhold answers.

• cities existed both on the ground and “floating,” buildings 2 1/2 miles in height; the floating cities movable to different locations.

• the synthetic intelligence operated a regimented form of socialism with consumption “limits” and behavior “red zones” depending on the individual’s position in society. the non-compliant “disappeared.”

• in the city he resided human “appearance” was standardized without much variation, all Caucasian.

• there was a basic education but not much disclosure about what lay beyond the city limits. you could travel by a train system to other cities; the train trip was likened to a cruise.

• he was told that past history was not frozen but malleable. it could and was reengineered.

• the system had flaws and it was projected that from 3000 AD on there would be no life.

interestingly the U. S. edition of “the Sun” published the old story in the “COVID” Era on December 17, 2022.

why?

Bielek’s timeline of the catastrophic events is off, he claims they occurred in he mid-2000’s. was he in a parallel dimension or proof of deception?

are the Bielek time travels the mysterious basis for the infamous Deagel “projections”?

the smoke and mirrors surrounding the Philadelphia Experiment reminds me of the colorful cast of 9/11 characters debating and dissecting the existence of traditional verses exotic energy event causality only in this case the most voiciferous PE participant to come forward publicly with claims is Al Bielek.

other survivors were less dogged in pursuing their claims publicly,

Bielek’s testimony was examined/critiqued by a now deceased researcher of free energy (aka Tesla EM energy) Jerry Decker whose obituary in Infinite Energy magazine mentions Decker’s successful weather modification, dimming and age regression projects using frequency/vibration techniques.

Decker’s obituary also mentions his company Vanguard Sciences leasing the “Mr. Zap” program from Gates Planetarium in Denver Colorado in 1988 (I was unable to find any further information about the “Mr. Zap”program.)

additionally the Decker critique of Bielek is published on a bizarre website “Anderson Institute” whose founder, David Lewis Anderson claims research activities in “Time Warp” technologies (did Trump “Warp Speed” have dual undisclosed meanings?) curiously the Anderson Institute logo reminds me of the NASA logo:

Anderson is also listed as founder of a UN/UNESCO affiliated youth education 501c3 “World Genesis Foundation” with creepy owl symbolism (the owl’s head is constantly moving on the website) and “summer learning academy” for children in “Capidava” (captive?) Romania:

The Decker critique published on the Anderson Institute website concerns a detailed lecture about the PE that Al Bielek gave in 1990 in Dallas Texas.

also of note is the Bielek claim of an 1890 time traveler photo found in the “disappearing ship” files of British military contractor Thorn Industries when it acquired entertainment company EMI (producer of the PE movie.) the alleged 1890 photo of two Thorn executives, Aleister Crowley and Preston Nichols of Montauk Chair Boys Program to digitize thought (Preston identified as the time traveler.)

also curious are Al Bielek claims of high level involvement in the Montauk Projects and links on his website to detailed data on California missing children and adults in the mid to late 1990s.

side note: another outfit of interest in greater Philadelphia is the suburban campus of The Vanguard Group which adheres to a nautical theme.

was establishment of a system, whereby control of public companies springing up to service The American Experiment could be consolidated in the hands of a few, the motivation behind Vanguard’s epic first indexing operation sold as low-cost convenience to what started out as mostly frugal mom and pop savers?

was the expansion of the pension, IRA and 401k markets as well as institutional investing also a planned tactic to wrestle control from the many into the hands of a few?

was the system designed with its eventual fate sealed at the outset?

was The American Experiment a vast and nefarious undertaking requiring layers of concealment and subterfuge, sucking in millions of unwitting participants?

and is the broad array of current day Philadelphia enterprise merely a continuation of The American “Experiment”?

personal note: in the mid-2010’s one of my sisters took dad to visit the grave of great grandmother in Pola, Croatia. it was a very large old naval cemetery and she was worried that they wouldn’t find the headstone. upon their arrival my dad made a straight away to the exact spot where his grandmother rested.

it was the first and only time he had visited the grandmother he longed to have met.
