The Safari Club.

In researching 9/11 I ran across discussion regarding an organization unbeknownst to me, “The Safari Club.”

The Safari Club, Wikipedia (and Wikispooks) sanitized versions.

Other sources characterize The Safari Club as birthed by the CIA specifically as a vehicle to continue its unscrupulous business clandestinely, beyond public scrutiny in response to 1975 Church Commission inquiry, investigations into nefarious activities of various US government agencies, the CIA in particular.

The Cold War morphs to The War on Terror.

The Safari Club affiliates collaborated on a variety of mutually beneficial projects unlikely to find public support centering on the molding of the Middle Eastern region to their favor, destabilizing it into an “Arc of Crisis” (the Arc stretching from the Far East to Southern Africa, centered in the Middle East) with the goals of resource control, containment of competing powers (specifically the expansion of Russia into Afghanistan and Africa), and to create a new ‘War on Terror’ threat to replace ‘The Cold War’ upon its retirement, eventual conclusion.

In pursuit of the goal of fomenting terror, a network of jihadists was assembled and trained abroad as well as in the United States. Textbooks were developed in the United States for the purpose of indoctrinating Afghan children in violence. The Al-Qaeda network a western intelligence data base of sourced intelligence assets and terrorist operatives.

The Safari Club was self-funding through a variety of activities (illegal drugs, arms trafficking) laundered through a centralized banking relationship with Pakistani Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) where President Ford’s newly appointed CIA director, George HW Bush, is rumored to have had a personal account. Interestingly, The Safari Club may have also been pivotal in the 1988 election of George HW Bush, arranging for popular Democrat candidate Gary Hart’s demise.

War on Drugs?

Was United States financial aid, assistance instrumental in the nurturing of Afghan opium production and buildout of the Afghan heroin export industry, creating a legacy of addicts, empires serving the addicted in America, Europe and Asia?

Remember Nancy Reagan’s “Just Say No” campaign? I doubt she ever experienced the fiendish grip of opioids.

The official line in stunning contrast with covert policy (note 2001 drop in acreage achieved by the Taliban government prior to the post 9/11 U.S. invasion.)

Opium to Wheat.

Curiously the Taliban, under leadership of moderate Mullah Omar, was briefly successful in reducing opium production by 90% in 2001 after Mullah Omar denounced the crop as un-Islamic and imposed a ban. A complete retracement of this achievement, resumption of opium production followed the October 2001 U.S. led invasion of Afghanistan and installation of US puppet, President Hamid Karzai. A cash offer to farmers to destroy crops backfired into a frenzied rush to plant opium acreage, harvest then destroy what remained for a double income.

Opium production continued to ramp through 2021 when government policy turned on a dime with the enactment of a crop replacement program from 2022 though 2023 that achieved what the United States had failed to accomplish in two decades. Opium poppies were a cash cow well suited to the climate, no other crop likely to match the generous income stream for the effort.

A 28 year old Afghan farmer describes the situation, the poorly designed program of NGO (non-governmental organization) aid which included a sack of seed, two bags of chemical fertilizer, a gift card with 6 month expiration date and four months of food.

Was a United Nations NGO behind the program? What was their motivation?

The program went down on short order, the first opium crop of 2022 (planted Fall 2021) was allowed to proceed, the ban in full effect by Fall 2022 (estimated to impact developed market heroin supplies starting in 2024 to 2025.)

Is it possible that this was a coordinated UN effort to phase out the lesser evil of heroin with the intent for a vastly more dangerous, deadly substance to fill the void, a diabolic planned substitution?

The Heroin to Fentanyl Substitution Effect”

With the imminent decline in supply of heroin forecast over the next few years (Afghan sources accounted for the vast majority of the worldwide supply) it is likely that a made-to-order cheap synthetic substitute, fentanyl, will mostly replace heroin. Fentanyl is already flooding US markets supplied by Mexican Drug Cartels (manufactured with ingredients sourced from China) through U.S. policy encouragement, supportive porous Southern Boarder.

The COVID Event was central in developed countries’ government manufacture of crisis, promotion of fear, creation of economic strife through murderous policy, narrative, lockdown and forceful stripping of civil rights resulting in widespread despair, hopelessness and loneliness, fueling the expansion of key illicit drug markets as well as directly contributing to suicides. In 2021 Fentanyl was responsible for over 100,000 overdose deaths (84% of teen overdoses are attributed to fentanyl.)

Fentanyl, The Facts.

• fentanyl deadly dose: 2 milligrams, the equivalent of 10 to 15 grains of table salt.

• fentanyl 50x more potent than heroin.

• fentanyl 100x more potent than morphine.

• other drugs, including cannabis, can be laced with fentanyl.

• fentanyl has been detected as camouflaged in brand name candy and rainbow colored to entice children (rainbow fentanyl.)

• fentanyl cannot be visually detected as contaminating other products and it is without taste or scent.

• ‘test strips’ can be used to detect fentanyl, the ‘test strips’ are classified as illegal drug paraphernalia in many jurisdictions.

• Narcan (naloxone) a drug disabling opioid receptors in the brain became available over the counter (OTC) in 2023 and is advised as an emergency essential in home, school medicine cabinets.

footnote: the pharmaceutical industry proceeds to supply their “solution” to the burgeoning opioid crisis, a “vaccine” for opioids. Another injection for the childhood schedule? Isn’t an “antidote” more appropriate for a poisoning event that should be rare, similar to an epipen for allergic reactions?
